A Modern Setting for Ancient Mantras

Indian Trap (aka J2) decided to create a world of new sound, supporting this new concept of combining ancient Mantras supported by modern trap beats. The latest singles released are Vishnu Mantra and Parvati Mantra.

 Collaborating with Indian Trap on these new singles, and performing all the vocals on the forthcoming "Modern Mantra" chant album is S. J. Jananiy, founder of JSJ Studio, Chennai, India.  She is a polygenre artist, producer and singer; and is also featured in the lyric music videos.

The new sound they're creating is attracting yoga, dance, and spiritual music fans across social media and streaming services. The music blends ancient Sanskrit mantras with classical Indian vocal techniques and contemporary trap music.  Each track is supported by energetic reels, videos and graphics.

Mantras are prayers that millions have used daily for over three thousand years; and there are many mantras to honor and appeal to the gods and deities. Parvati, also known as Uma, is the supreme goddess in Hinduism representing the qualities of beauty, compassion, creativity, and strength.   

Vishnu is one of the principal deities of the religion's Trimurti, which consists of Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Preserver, and Shiva the Destroyer. Vishnu is the deity responsible for the preservation and protection of the universe. Vishnu is worshipped by millions of Hindus worldwide and is considered to be the ultimate reality by many Hindu schools of thought. His various avatars or incarnations, including Rama and Krishna, are also highly revered and celebrated in Hinduism. The Vishnu mantra is a powerful tool for connecting with the divine energy of Vishnu and experiencing inner peace, joy, and spiritual growth.
